Reiki works effectively alongside orthodox healthcare and natural remedies, however, it should under no circumstances, be a replacement for Western medicine, healthcare and treatments.

You will be asked to provide copies of previous certificates if you have been attuned to either, Usui Reiki I, II or III prior to commencing a course. 

The full amount will be payable when booking.

A cost of £50 for your course manual is included in the course price and is not refundable. 

If for some reason you need to cancel your booking, you will need to do this at least 14 days prior to the commencement of the course for a full refund of your course fees, minus £50 for the course manual.

Some students prefer one to one tuition on a date of their choice.  This can be arranged but will involve higher course fees. Please contact Luisa for more information and to arrange a mutual date.

Privacy Policy
It is our intention that anyone who takes advantage of any of our services is able to feel confident and comfortable with how any personal information you share with us will be looked after or used.  The personal information we collect about you will mainly be used by the therapist or trainer you are seeing. We will never sell or share your personal information with organisations so that they can contact you for any marketing activities.  We make sure that the data is stored securely, deleted when no longer needed and never use it for any other purposes.

Returns Policy
We are confident that you will be more than happy with your new piece of art.  However, if you’re looking to return your artwork we're here to help! All artwork comes with a 14-day money back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your product, please contact us to request a refund within 14 days of shipping.  Please note that shipping costs are not refunded and discounted items are final and cannot be returned. Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or damage.  Any return shipping fees the customer will need to pay.
